Heart & Sole Medal/Virtual Run/Walk 2022

  • When:  Between 2 and 10 July 2022
  • Where:   Anywhere and everywhere.  Be it flat or hilly, on or off-road-  you choose
  • Who:  Anyone can enter from anywhere in New Zealand.  Men, Women and Children are all welcome
  • Distance:  Run or walk 2.5km, 5km or 7.5km or do all 3
  • Cost:  $25.00 per distance or $60 if you'd like to register for and run/walk all three during the week (and you'll receive one of each medal).   
  • Results:  You will upload your times via the registration system.  We'll then formally publish results for the walk and run categories for each distance.
  • Medals:  Medals for each distance will be posted to every registered participant.  Note:  the first 200 entries received to 22 June will have their medals posted out to arrive during event week.  Any registrations received from 23 June will have their medals posted out within 4-6 weeks of the event (as we need to order more from our overseas supplier).
  • Photo: You'll have the opportunity to upload 1 - 2 photos  - which we'll publish in an album on the event facebook group
  • Event Community:   Click here to join the private event facebook group
  • To celebrate:  You will receive a medal for each distance you enter, an official time in our published results
  • Spot Prizes:   All winners will be notificed by e-mail with prizes posted with your medals
  • Pre event info and race rules:  Will be e-mailed to all participants the week before 'event week'
  • Entries:  Close at midnight on 30 June
  • Event Timeline:   
    • Registration open: 1 April to 30 June
    • Event week: 2 to 10 July 2021
    • Results open for loading: 2 July to 15 July 2020
    • Results published: after 15 July 2020
    • Medals posted to you: between 30 June and 1 July if you entered by 15 June, and between 10 & 31 July if you entered after 15 June
