To our courageous, brave, inspiring and motivating tribe:

After eight incredible years of inspiring thousands of ladies to be active - we need to let you all know that both Miranda and Maria are going to be taking a break from all things Heart and Sole (after the end of this current quarter at the end of May) for at least nine months (to the end of February 2026).

Now, we do understand that this is huge news and will be a shock for a lot of of you - and my goodness does it hurt our hearts as well - and we are so so sorry to do this.

The years of giving to so many courageous, brave, supportive and uplifting women in this beautiful tribe have been truly incredible and has changed our lives life forever for the better. And you have all been so so worth it!
