Ever wanted to learn to run 5km but don't know where to start?
Learn to run 5km with other women just like you!
All beginners are welcome along with anyone who'd just like to learn to run 5km non stop.
We host one achievable coached session every week over 13 weeks.
These are at your OWN pace with a supportive group of ladies just like you!
- Zero to 5km sessions will be hosted physically in the first instance. In the event that we are unable to be together physically or in groups due to covid – we will provide virtual coaching, motivation and challenges for all registered participants. There will be no refunds or transfer offered.
Next intake: March 2023 - date to be confirmed in the new year
Objective: A beginner running group with a goal to be able run 5km non-stop
Location: Bethlehem college on Thursday evenings
Duration: 13 weeks
Session length: Initial sessions will be 30 min made up of walking and running intervals – building up to 45min
Frequency: One coached session per week at 6.30pm, and one homework session to in your own time (which you will be e-mailed weekly)
Weather: We will hold the sessions rain or shine (unless there’s a cyclone or and storm of course - and we will e-mail you to advise of cancellations)
