Happy New Year!

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and that you all had some time with family and friends (whether you were working through or not).

We've been working behind the scenes with a lot of planning and preparation for 2019 - and it's so exciting!! 

Here's what we're working on:

  • We are launching our Heart and Sole website soon  
  • We're finalising our next Zero to 5km and Run Club dates and details
  • We're finalising budgets, locations, logistics and finer details for our Heart and Sole Run Series 2019 (where there will be 4 run events in March, June, September and December for you all to train for and enter)
  • We've been sourcing sponsors for our 2019 programmes and events

Heart & Sole Quarter Fun Run/Walk

Come join us for our Quarter 1 graduation fun 5km run or walk! 

It's $5 for anyone to come along and join in on the sunday afternoon, with celebration drinks and a sausage sizzle.
